New Tool

Hey Everyone!
Another craft post alert LOL
A scrapbook store near my husbands work was having a bundle pricing on the new I-Rock tool by Imaginisce (kinda like the bedazzler) It is a hot fix gun/wand that allows you to put crystals and bling on the paper, fabric, and more!
He was a sweetheart and got me one so I had to try it out. The gems shown below are Hot Rox. I will upload a video soon and another sample of the same card but with their I-Rocks (bling pretty much)
This card is a sketch for Cute Card Thursday

This card is SO bright and was so much fun to color! I love the new tool..be sure to watch out for the video of it soon!
Other than that the night was kinda sad...I lost one of my grandpas earlier in the night. However, we have to think of it as a blessing because there was so much suffering going on.
See you tomorrow

Sparkle Garden Scene Card

Happy Monday Everyone!

Last night was pretty scary for me..we had some really bad thunderstorms and lightning. The lightning was terrible...and it acually caught a house on fire on the next street over. It was so sad to see how quickly the house was ruined.

I promised myself I would do things I wanted to do this weekend...no DT committments or projects but stamps of my own I wanted to color and projects to sew. I bought this Northwoods stamp not too long ago when I went to a big stamp store and I knew I had to color it right away.

It took along time to color, shade, fade some area, and glitter! I love the way it turned out and it works perfectly for the Cute Card Thursday Challenge going on right now. You had to reuse an item...those buttons are extras from a very old shirt!

Here is a closeup.

I love this imge!! I have it added to my Etsy shop if you would like to purchase it :)

Okay well I am needing to get off here and get lunch ready for both of my boys and finish the laundry. I am hoping to squeeze in ONE more card today LOL. Have a great Monday everyone!!

Like Fries and Ketchup

Happy Tuesday Evening Everyone,

I am posting a little later than usual but on Aidens nap time I decided to clean the house a little. Clean or stamp..it was VERY tough but I think I need to clean every once in awhile LOL

I was able to sit down tonight and make a few cards so that I have some to show you for this week! Here is a fun one I did.

How fun is this image..its fries and ketchup (with it in a shape of a heart)

I added the sentiments myself with Lucinda Sans handwriting font. I also did this card for several challenges that I love to participate. Cute Card Thursday for the sketch and Stamptacular Sunday Challenge site which is to featuring sewing on your card (faux OR real) Since I really dont have much time...faux stitching all the way here and Im not ashamed LOL.
Okay well be sure to check back tomorrow as I have some DT things to show you....its hump day inspiration tomorrow so check back for that!
Have a great night!

Cute Card Thursday Challenge

Happy Thursday Everyone...actually in my area its almost midnight...so technically FRIDAY lol...hey I love the weekends and I will take anything to justify it to get here faster!

Here is my sketch for Cute Card Thursday challenge. This is challenge 100 and this if my first time participating in this challenge. I like this one. Want to know why?! Its not a sketch...they give you something you need to show or represent on the card. This week...its METAL

How fun! Mine is simple but I am loving the Easter cards now. My metal is the 3 glitter brads on the left hand side of the card. I got these brads from Hobby Lobby when spare parts were HALF off and I need more!

Do you like my NEW signature stamp I put on the back of my cards now? I was selling alot of cards and items for Valentines day on Etsy and no one who recieved my cards would ever see my other creations or I got proper recognition for them. I love it...leave me a comment if you want to know the seller I purchased it from. It was kinda expensive though...24 with shipping but its custom and a wood handle..I am so happy with it!
I do let people see a picture of the back of the card so they see it before they buy it...well if they look at all my pics ;)
Okay well I am going to get off here and go and watch survivor with the hubby!

Stamps: Michaels $1.00
Inks: COPICS, Ranger Black
